RESERVATIONS
We look forward to welcoming you to Lochaerie Resort on beautiful Lake Quinault. Please review the information below as you plan your stay.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 48 hours prior to your arrival.
A 4% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. This fee is waived for payments made by cash or check. If you would like to pay by cash or check, please contact us at info@lochaerie.com at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival to make arrangements.
Rates do not include applicable sales tax of 11.8%.
MINIMUM STAY
A two-night minimum stay applies during peak seasons (May - August)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future stay. Credits are valid for one year.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. If your cabin is ready earlier, we are happy to accommodate an early arrival when possible.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. When departing, simply return your key to the Key Drop Box located near the garage.
CABIN POLICIES
All cabins are non-smoking.
Pets are welcome in the Angeles Cabin with a $50 pet fee per stay.
Rates and policies are subject to change.
Cabin cleaning fees are as follows:
$45.00 per stay - Small Cabin (Angeles, Christie, Ellinor, Olympus)
$60.00 per stay - Large Cabin (Colonel Bob and Storm King)
CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN
We make arriving at Lochaerie Resort simple and convenient. Approximately two weeks before your arrival, you will receive an email with check-in instructions and helpful information for your stay.
Upon arrival, you can proceed directly to your cabin without stopping at the office. Our self-service guest area is also stocked with extra essentials you may need during your stay, including towels, toilet paper, fire starters, sponges, and other supplies.
